One of the smallest electric motors in the world. It is made with a 1/2 x 1/4 inch neodymium magnet and a button cell (that's the name of this mini battery)...and a small piece of copper wire. Great, great school project. Eye catching, intriguing, conversation starter, and to a certain extent...puzzling. How can this thing work? Well, there is plenty of information floating around on the internet...I just wanted to have some fun making this video :) One thing I must mention...if you are going to make one, be very patient...it is not so easy to adjust the copper wire to exactly the right setting. - good luck!
