Alto Restoration Part 13 - Tools Development Struggle

These last few session have led to slow progress as we go through the arduous task of developing and debugging our own tools: an FPGA based disc tool that simulates the Alto writing and reading from disc, and a BeagleBone based Ethernet tool that simulates a pre-standard 3 MB Ethernet network that the Alto can connect to.
