I recently made this biplane glider from styrofoam plates and it flew very nicely. Today I added a small electric motor powered by a 2.7 volt 5 farad supercapacitor. It flies too well for my back garden so if the weather improves I will take it to the park.
There are currently 4 videos featuring this biplane https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLA5a2xPRSrB2ztUDIZJqfcCfO-vZZed0u
Sorry no plans, you just have to watch that build video and guess the dimensions. I had no dimensions when I made it, I just used what I could get from the Styrofoam plates. I have just measured the wings and they are about 3 inches wide and 14 inches tip to tip. I spaced them about 2.5 inches apart. The gap from the back ot the wing to the front of the tail is 3.5 inches. The tail is about 3 inches wide and 5 inches tip to tip.

For the motors I suggest you search for "3.7V Coreless Motor"
Here are the eBay listings I have used, they are probably well out of date. I am not endorsing these products I am just answering the questions people have asked. I recommend you do your own search as prices and specifications will vary.
