Chickpeas: 1/3 Cup

Mung beans: 1/3 Cup

Kidney beans: 1/3 Cup

Thyme: 1 Tsp
Pennyroyal: 3 Tbsp
Cumin: 1 Tsp
Turmeric: 1 Tsp
Fresh herbs (Leeks, Parsley, Cilantro, Spinach, Dill): 1 Kg or 3 Cups dried
Onions: 500g
Salt and cayenne pepper to taste
