2 cloves of Garlic

1 large Onion

1 red Capsicum

1/2 cup Oil

1 teaspoon Coriander powder

1/2 teaspoon Black pepper

1 teaspoon Italian mixed herbs

1 large jar of Pasta sauce

1 1/2 cups Water

Salt to your taste

5 litres Boiling water

2 tablespoons Salt

2 tablespoon Oil

1 pack of Spaghetti

1 slice flat bread
