icloud had removed by replacing ic's from other logical bord which is physically damaged.

we have replaced three chips.they are U601-RF, U4, U501-RF according to scamatics or they are also known as 'basband,HDD and eproom ic. We have replaced all three of them because they were paired with each other in program,after replacement you just have to restore the phone once and It will be activate normally.
