Ingredients

For marination


1kg Chicken with bones


3 tbsp yogurt or dahi


1 full tsp lal mirch powder or red chilli powder


1 full tsp salt


1 full tsp garam masala


1/2 tsp haldi powder or tumeric powder


1 tbsp ginger garlic paste or adrak lasun paste


1 tsp oregano herbs


1 tsp paprika powder


1 tbsp kasturi methi or fenugreek leaves


1 tbsp lemon juice


3-4th tbsp oil


For makhani masala


4 large tomato puree


1/2 cup of grounded cashew nuts and almond paste


1/2 cup fresh cream


3-4 tbsp curd or dahi


2-3 whole cardamom or elachi


2-3 cinnamon stick or dalchini


3-4 black pepper or kali mirch


2-3 cloves or long


1&1/2 tsp salt


1 tsp red chilli powder or red chilli powder


1 tsp garam masala


2 tsp dhanya powder


2 greeen chillies or hari mirchi


1 tbsp ginger garlic paste or adrak lasun paste


2-3 tbsp butter


1 tbsp butter chicken powder (optional)


1 pinch orange food colour (optional)


1/2 cup finely chopped coriander or dhanya


1 tbsp frenugreek leaves or kasoori methi
