هات داگ به سبک ژاپنی

Noriki Tamura grew up in Japan dreaming of one day starting his own business overseas. Then in 2005, he moved to Vancouver, Canada, and noticed hot dog carts on every corner. He knew he needed to spice up the market with some new flavors in order to

stand out as top dog. Thus was born Japadog, a hot dog stand with a twist, featuring traditional Japanese flavors like radish, bonito flakes and nori. Business took off, and now Japadog has grown to eight food stalls, two restaurants and one food truck. By combining Japanese and Canadian food cultures, Noriki is serving up the best of both worlds.
