Dr. Hooman Ardabili has been enthusiastic about the beauty of the city and its people.

Every year to protect the mastership of this land by planting thousands of tulip flowers in memorial of her mother.

Nowruz 96 has been planted with 120,000 tulip flowers, Nowruz 97 has been planted with 200/000 tulip flowers and in Nowruz 98, 220/000 tulips are planted in 60 different species in the ZARAFSHAN street of Tehran and turned it to a spectacular sight of view for all people.

دکتر هومن اردبیلی همه ساله به پاسداشت مقام والای مادران این سرزمین با کاشت هزاران گل لاله یاد و خاطره مادر خویش را وقف زیبایی شهر و مردمش زنده نگه میدارد.

نوروز ۹۶ با کاشت ۱۲۰/۰۰۰ گل لاله، نوروز ۹۷ با کاشت ۲۰۰/۰۰۰ گل لاله و در نوروز ۹۸ با کاشت ۲۲۰/۰۰۰ لاله در ۶۰ گونه مختلف محله زرافشان شهرک غرب تهران را به منظره چشم نوازی برای همگان تبدیل کرده است.
