Deaths in Modern Wars - Timelapse

This video shows the number of deaths occurred in Major Modern Wars and the countries involved in it.

Every time a country is involved in a major war the marker increases in size by glowing.

I got the list of major wars and deaths in it from Wikipedia and then went into each war to get the number of deaths for every country involved. I averaged the number of deaths for the countries whenever I couldn't get proper numbers.
