The company have acquired 20 hectares of land in the Apam area in the Central Region of Ghana on the Gulf of Guinea with a vision to build a marine and onshore shipping storage and distribution terminal for oil and gas products as well as a luxury tourism retreat and conference centre.

The FIFC oil products import/export trading terminal aims to serve both the local and the regional markets and will consist of an off-shore CBM marine terminal, an onshore tank farm, 5ha light industrial space, offices, LPG storage farm, Gasoline and LPG distribution facilities and an “Energy City”.
