Overview
In under 2 years, Digital Summer has made their name known within both the local Arizona scene and country wide. Their first single "Whatever it Takes" was in regular rotation in several major market radio stations including: 98KUPD Phoenix, AZ[1], Rock1061 in Savannah, GA, Banana1015 MI, and Octane 20 on Sirius Satellite Radio. In addition, "Whatever it Takes" was featured as one of the "Top 4 Songs of the Day" for over six weeks straight on 98KUPD.
Brothers Kyle and Ian Winterstein are also working on an experimental rock side project called "Tragedy Machine" since 2008.
Loosing Cooter as the drummer, leaves Digital Summer fans in shock, and in wonderance will the band ever be the same without such a talented man.
