HUNTINGTON BEACH – Police are asking the public for help in identifying a man who stole an estimated $3,000 worth of electronics and e-cigarette merchandise after falling into a business through a ceiling hatch on June 9. The theft occurred at E-Cigarette Empire in the 7600 block of Slater Avenue shortly before 2 a.m., authorities said. A surveillance video shows the suspect grabbing a laptop from a desk and several smaller items. The business owner reported missing bottles of vape liquid, e-cigarette batteries and TFV4 e-cigarette kits. Police are asking anyone with information about this crime or the suspect’s identity to please call the Huntington Beach Police Information Hotline at 714 375-5066.
