How to enhance your small electric motor, with magnets

Needed a bit more oomph from these small 12v motors. As I'm an engineering student I always try to improve rather than just buy bigger. So utilising my knowledge of how these work I decided to experiment.

Here I use NeoD magnets, alignment is crutial for this to work and the effect is dependent on the strength of the magnets.
