Wiring up Chicago Electric motor with messed up wires and missing schematics

Motor: dual voltage, single phase capacitor start.

Resistance of starting winding : 5 ohms

Resistance of run windings: 3 ohms each

Please follow the recommended connection instruction or motor will make a humming noise and won't run.
